Foundation RESQ is a locally owned business that provides the best solutions for residential and commercial buildings in areas of Alabama, Florida, and Georgia. We have a full line of services, including foundation repair, crawl space repair, crack repair and drainage solutions.
Foundation RESQ started in 2017 as a steel underpinning company with an office in Tallahassee, Florida. Foundation RESQ is establishing a presence in its home market of Florida through its owner, Chad Swearingen.
Since the mid-2000s, Mr. Swearingen had been in the foundation repair business with one of the nation’s leading companies and was able to help expand their market into sinkhole grouting. Mr. Swearingen continued to pursue both insurance work as well as private homeowner underpinning jobs. As a result, the company doubled in size by the later 2000s.
Foundation RESQ is being managed by, Chad Swearingen. We have assembled a team that is capable of providing unparalleled service in both residential and commercial soil remediation.
