Before we can get started finding a solution, we first must find the source of the problem. Since water leakage into a basement can be caused by any number of things, each cause will require a different method of repair. To find the cause of your water problem, a Project Manager will perform a thorough inspection of the perimeter of the home. We’ll check for common things like poor grading, broken pipes, missing vent covers, or clogged downspouts. If all of this checks out, we then inspect the floor and walls in your basement. Our goal here is to determine the severity of your water problem. If we find that your problem requires a basement waterproofing solution, then we will present you with different options that work for you.
